Glass Hammer to Release 17th Album

Glass Hammer confirm the release of their 17th album on March 31st. ‘Breaking Of The World’ is the follow up to 2014’s ‘Ode to Echo’ and respected studio engineer Bob Katz calls it the band’s “Most progressive album yet”.

 Steve Babb and Fred Schendel are joined by Carl Groves, Kamran Alan Shikoh, Aaron Raulston and Susie Bogdanowicz.

Babb tells us, “It is certainly (IMO) the best sounding Glass Hammer album we’ve released in years. The songwriting was really focused, and our current line-up has genuine chemistry. That’s just my opinion of course. The fans will decide for themselves very soon. But I think they’ll be very happy with The Breaking Of The World.”

 Pre-orders begin on March 1st via the band’s website.

A good salesman from the North of England with too much time on hishands, I have listened to and obsessed about all genres of rock music since I could walk straight! However, hisfirst love is prog rock and all it’s different sub genres and, thanks to The Lady herself, joining the select band of brothers and sisters as an LO author gives me an outlet for hisobsession. Mad, wacky but kind and loving with it, hisglass is forever half full and hisreviews should mirror this! Hisother obsessions are any form of sport and computer games, oh and I do like the odd drink too!
