Seraglio Point Productions was started by Sean Bw Parker in Istanbul in 2012, primarily to release his ‘Complete Recordings‘ compilation through Believe Digital. Soon the IstanbulDogs I&II compilations were out, then after Sean returned to the UK, the Chi-Signs I&II albums too, based around artists from the English south coast. Ninja Lit, Parker’s collaboration with Chichester experimental musician Ettuspadix was released just prior to this all-encompassing ‘Best Of’.
